John's Groove-toed Frog (Rana johnsi) is a frog species in the true frog family (Ranidae). It is found in China, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, intermittent rivers, intermittent freshwater marshes, heavily degraded former forest, irrigated land, and seasonally flooded agricultural land. It is not considered threatened by the IUCN.
